    Job Title: Area Manager - Property Investment

    We are a leading global financial services company focused on funding small to medium enterprises, seeking an experienced professional for this role based in our Cape Town office.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    To be successful in this position, you will require:

    • A Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting degree, which is non-negotiable;
    • No less than 5 years of experience in business investment;
    • Prior experience in banking, sales, and marketing will be advantageous.

    Skill Requirements

    The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

    • A property investment-related degree will be beneficial;
    • Solid experience in property investment/property finance structuring is essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    Your primary duties will include:

    • Participating in team building through recruitment, selection, development, management, and retention of direct reports;
    • Managing client relationships and contributing to management meetings for equity investments in joint ventures to drive overall success and growth;
    • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key intermediaries and industry stakeholders to generate consistent deal flow opportunities while promoting the company's brand;
    • Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's services and products, including presentations and networking activities;
    • Preparing and presenting detailed investment proposal reports for consideration by relevant investment committees, ensuring accuracy and clarity;
    • Providing input and insights for informed decision-making through participation in various committee meetings;
    • Overseeing the end-to-end property investment process, focusing on acquisitions, joint venture investments, and owner-occupied property acquisitions;
    • Taking ownership of financial management, encompassing income and expenses within the area office, ensuring stability and adherence to approved budgets.

    Package and Remuneration

    R900 000 - R1 000 000 annually.
