My client is seeking a

Ops Specialist:
B-BBEE. Experience inpreferably in a B-BBEE related function and/ or in a Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) environment.


Requirements:


  • Relevant 3year diploma (NQF level 6), preferably in a Business/ Project Management/ B-BBEE Transformation related field.
  • 3 Years relevant experience, preferably in a B-BBEE related function and/ or in a Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) environment.

Responsibilities:


  • B-BBEE beneficiary evidence management
  • Annual verification document compilation, report compilation, as well as the management of the B-BBEE information management tool.
  • Responsible for compiling project plans, coordinating the budget and other resources and monitoring and reporting on project progress and success.
  • Also responsible for provisioning of administration support/ logistics for all the BEE pillars including Employment Equity.
