    Job Role Summary:

    This position focuses on delivering training support and bespoke learning solutions to internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will analyse training needs, design learning programmes, implement training, and report on its impact on all stakeholders. This role is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, working with international clients and Quantanite employees across various levels within the organisation.

    Key Requirements:

    1. Flexible working hours
    2. Prior experience in BPO call centres is advantageous
    3. Learner management systems/e-learning knowledge
    4. Learning content design and development
    5. Stakeholder engagement and business partnering
    6. Organisational skills for data analysis and decision-making
    7. A team player with excellent communication skills across organisational levels

    Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    1. Identify learning needs aligned with business requirements and review regularly
    2. Facilitate outcomes-based training
    3. Develop and implement learning interventions as agreed by business and senior management
    4. Plan and coordinate training interventions
    5. Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders after each training session
    6. Research and recommend new training methods
    7. Conduct pre- and post-training assessments for delegates
    8. Design and develop learning content
    9. Maintain learner records after each intervention
    10. Compile and submit post-training reports for internal and external training conducted
    11. Evaluate the impact of training and advise on corrective measures
    12. Research relevant resources for learning to deliver training aligned to business and client needs
    13. Perform training administrative tasks
    14. Create and communicate learning schedules with stakeholders
