Required qualification:
Bachelor's Degree.


Required experience:
At least 3 years in a corporate environment reporting to senior management.

The roles and responsibilities include, _inter alia_:

  • managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments;
- booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation;
- assisting with time management;
- liaising with key stakeholders;
- reconciliation of expenses; and
- answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages.
- taking meeting minutes and following up to ensure that all actionable items are completed

- ability to work independently and in a team;
