- Ensure technical alignment across platforms in line with ASOC service management strategy and principles
- Review and align technical deliverables across platforms
- Participate in OSS architecture reviews
- Drive the resolution of impediments for cross-platform issues
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and BMC Remedy platform.
- Proficient in facilitating Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coordinating releases.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement, resolve conflicts, and lead teams towards successful delivery.
