    Campaign Planner

    Location: Sandton, Job Type: Full-time

    We are seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable Campaign Planner to join our Retail Media team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive sales, revenue growth, and brand awareness.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

    The Campaign Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including creative, digital, sales teams and vendors, to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Development: Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, event).
    • Target Audience Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify target audiences, preferences, and behaviors.
    • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, track expenses, and ensure ROI-driven investments.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven insights for future campaign optimization.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and executive leadership.
    • Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure campaign messaging, positioning, and tactics align with sales strategies and objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Campaign Planner or similar role in a marketing or advertising agency.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics.
    • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
    • Experience with data analytics and interpretation, including familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Experience in sales or sales support roles.
    • Certification in marketing, such as Google Analytics Certification and UX.
