Coffee Shop Supervisor - Worcester, South Africa - Western Province Caterers
Description
We are currently recruiting a Coffee Shop Manager for a business site within the Worcester Area.
To oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop.
Main duties (but not limited to):
Staff management Staff training
Improve standard of service Monitor quality of items being served and ensure the club's standards are met
Increase guest and member satisfaction Inventory control
Opening and closing procedures
Complaint handling Ensure targets are met Ensure revenue and cash ups are processed accurately
REQUIREMENTS:
2 years Coffee shop/restaurant management experience
Point of Sale Computer literate Barista training
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Worcester,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
