Our international client is looking for vibrant customer services agents to work in their online shopping campaign.


Minimum Criteria
-
MUST BE FULLY REGISTERED ON MYCALLING & COMPPLETED AIMs MODULES:

  • Excellent articulation (Well spoken)
  • Matric
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 12 months + Call Centre Experience
  • Flexible to work shifts
  • Have a clear criminal record.
  • Ability to work in a shifted environment (nigh shift)
  • Computer literacy and the ability to multitask.
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Alexandra, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
