Description

Weloveit is looking for a young dynamic IT project manager to effectively drive delivery of projects from beginning to end in alignment with project objectives.

Responsibilities

Proposal and Quoting:

Use our quoting tool adequately, provide as much information as the Customer needs. Provide options, source latest pricing and relevant technologies. Generate a proposals document and presentation.

Research:

Technology, suppliers, specifications, etc.

Budget/ Accounts:

Invoice Customer, assist with accounts related enquiries, generate statements, manage Customer overall project budget.

Activity and resource planning:

Manage the people resource planning in line with project delivery, set required performance goals and act a technical coach where required.

Organising and motivating a project team:
Build strong working relationships across teams while encouraging delivery ,collaboration and innovation.

Controlling time management:

Monitor project turnaround times and resolve issues effectively and on time for effective client service delivery.

Managing reports and necessary documentation:

Communication with Customer and other Contractors. Complie and maintain relevant project documentation in accordance to agreed project procedures.
