A job opportunity for a dynamic, young professional who is hands on, solution driven and has great attention to detail to join a family office.

This
Personal Assistant's role is based at the company in Cape Town, Harrington Street and requires the incumbent to assist one of the Executives with both business and personal related administration with a strong emphasis on home executive functions, diary management, and travel arrangements.


The applicant must have a valid SA drivers licence and own mode of transport in order to be able to assist with collections and deliveries.

Please note this is a must have requirement.


Roles and Requirements:


  • Provide personal assistant services to the Executive for business and family related tasks.
  • Efficient coordination and management of diary, meetings and travel arrangements with strong emphasis on overseas flights and international travel arrangements.
  • General administrative duties include but are not limited to:
  • _Set up, reminding and scheduling of appointments_
- _Set-up meetings - with staff and clients_
- _Filing - manage various entities filing_
- _Courier service management_
- _Passport and license renewal, medical aid, and leave management_
- _Agenda and minute taking_
- _Database management_
- _Assisting with children's personal needs_
- _Research_
- _Ad-hoc tasks_

Salary:
R15, R20,000.00 per month
