As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for maintaining entries associated with all purchases made throughout the department across various budgeting spreadsheets. You will also process the department invoice entries using electronic payments to ensure suppliers are paid within contractually agreed terms. Additionally, you will liaise with the finance department to resolve any invoice queries and assist with requests relating to spending approval and the procurement of goods and services.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n* Maintaining documentation and processes relating to the firm's mobile devices and other IT infrastructure and assets.\n* Assisting Technology Managers from all global offices with requests relating to spending approval and the procurement of goods and services.\n* Acting as the primary point of contact for the sourcing of quotations for goods and services.\n* Placing orders with suppliers.\n\nRequirements:\n\n* Grade 12 with BCom Degree in or studying towards procurement-related qualification/s\n* 2+ years experience as a Supervisor\n* 2+ years' experience with invoice processing / Budget administration\n* 5+ years procurement of IT Procurement of products (hardware, software, security) services, etc\n* International Procurement experience\n* IT commodity procurement at the Operational level\n* System Skills: MS Office & MS Visio\n\nIf you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for procurement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.\n\nPlease apply online.\n\nFrogg Recruitment SA"}
