Part-time Property Manager

Looking for a freelance/part-time property manager.


Someone who can deal with:
- multiple tenants
- posting about vacant rooms (these properties are communes)
- doing viewings and inspections
- sending leases
- booking in maintenance and repairs
- watching CCTV footage
- arranging cleaners before new tenants move in

etc.


This will take up about 1.5 hours per day and there may be one or 2 tenant calls over the weekend.

Must have a car.

Should be based in the Randburg area (if possible)

R4, R5,500.00 per month
