Key Role and Responsibilities:


  • Act as a liaison between the business challenges and technology solutions, identifying and documenting operational gaps.
  • Manage the product roadmap, ensuring the delivery of multiple project elements with mínimal supervision.
  • Capture and analyze complex business requirements from senior stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
  • Facilitate daily standup meetings with the development team to align development outcomes with business requirements, priorities, and strategic roadmap.
  • Provide consultation to users for gathering and socializing acceptance feedback.
  • Regularly update the status of key development initiatives, capture and report on key milestones, dependencies, and risks.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:


  • Strong technical knowledge in a cybersecurity role, either in architecture, consulting, or engineering.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and managing tasks, and multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated ability in building rapport and engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience working in a multiteam environment across multiple geographies.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related demonstrable experience.
  • Project management certification is advantageous.
  • Security technology certification(s) would be a plus.
  • IIBA Membership would be beneficial.

Required Experience:


  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst within a cybersecurity services environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing new services and systems.
  • Demonstrable experience with product and project management methodologies.
