***As the
Human Resources Officer, you will take responsibility providing support to the various human resources functions, which includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development and administration.

Duties include:

Assisting with the recruitment process.
Provide advise and support to managers and employees on HR related issues.
Ensure HR polices and procedures are up to date and in line with employment law.
Assist in the development and delivery of employee training and development programs.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
Assist with BEE and EE submissions.
Administer the payroll on Sage and handle related queries.
All related administrative tasks.

You will need a degree in Human Resources and at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.

You should have strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices and be proficient on HRIS systems, plus Sage VIP.
