- Manage leased/owned premises in accordance with corporate requirements and business requirements including carrying out all internal procedures and approvals
- Research the market and work out best solutions for leased/owned properties
- Conclude/renew lease and service agreements
- Project management of relocation activities and capex projects
- Ensure compliance with terms and conditions of lease/service agreements
- Organize regular inspections of leased/owned premises and generally maintaining the interface into customer/ landlord representatives
- Eliminate detected deficiencies
- Constantly interact with local employees and external partners of Siemens Energy

- Organize and control maintenance of leased and own facilities
- Tender/ organize services by external suppliers, vendors
- Leased/owned facilities management
- Organize search for office and industrial premises
- Organize office relocations
- Organize repair works in the office and industrial premises
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate management related activities
- Technical Knowledge (Excel, Reporting, Basics of financial analysis)
- Good communication and converse good English at professional working proficiency level.
- Ability to be multi-tasking in a dynamic and growing business
- The ability to communicate clearly with different levels of stakeholders across the business and across different countries/cultures.
