    Our client in the property evaluations industry is a reputable firm specializing in property assessment and valuation services.

    The right candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations within our property evaluation department. If you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail with strong administrative skills we encourage you to apply

    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate records of property evaluations, ensuring completeness and correctness.
    • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external banks
    • Keep up to date with Auctions
    • Be open to learning about property evaluation processes, regulations, and industry trends.
    • Handle scheduling, organize meetings, and manage office tasks efficiently.
    • Address queries and challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
    • Work closely with evaluators, analysts, and other team members.
    • Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records.
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Eagerness to understand property evaluation procedures and stay updated
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle changing priorities.
    • Comfortable using office software (Microsoft Office)
    • Approachable, friendly, and a team player.
    • Enthusiasm for personal and professional development.

    Qualifications:
    Matric
    • Experience within the property evaluation field is an added bonus
    • Minimum 2 years in strong administrative support roles
    Remuneration:
    R R10 000 Cost to Company
