**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technician to join our team at the Malmesbury plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of the production facility, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Unplanned and breakdown work to minimize downtime
• Route cause failure analysis to identify and resolve issues
• Provide Support (Handy Man) services as required
• Manage Stores and critical spares list to maintain inventory levels
• Perform Administrative tasks to support daily operations
• Ensure Health and Safety protocols are followed
• Maintain GMP and Housekeeping standards
• Implement Risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks

Requirements:

• N3 Level plus trade test in Electrical or Fitter, Fitter and Turner
• Minimum 2 years experience within the FMCG sector
• Strong knowledge of Engineering and Technology, including principles involved in production, quality control, and other techniques to maximize effective manufacture
• Exceptional knowledge of relevant engineering/technical processes and equipment used in the operation
