Setting up processes and efficiencies for the staff:

  • Addressing manual procedures by establishing a centralized drive for document storage and accessibility.
  • By transitioning tasks to electronic formats.
  • Reduced the need for excessive paper printing and facilitated easier collaboration among team members.
  • Additionally, Support in transitioning various operations to electronic platforms, contributing to enhanced efficiency and productivity within the organization.

Leadership and Training:


  • Participating in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes to support the company's growth and success. Serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing assistance as needed.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and suppliers to source quality products and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Implementing quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of repaired pumps.

Admin Duties

  • Managing inventory and ordering necessary parts and components for pump repairs and installations.
  • Compiling and analyzing reports to provide insights into business performance.
  • Proactively resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence, to support managing director.

Finance Administration:


  • Generating invoices and statements accurately on Quick books. Efficiently allocating payments received to the corresponding accounts.
  • Proactively following up on overdue accounts by requesting payments and implementing appropriate strategies for debt collection.
  • Conducting thorough reconciliations of statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
