    Position: Clinical Lead Generation Specialist - Contract

    Position Summary:Mindful Care is excited to extend an invitation to a dedicated and self-driven Clinical Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
    • The Clinical Lead Generation Specialist at Mindful Care is a unique role that sits at the intersection of clinical intake and business development, initiating relationships with the medical community to build symbiotic referral relationships and find patients the most optimal care for their needs.
    • This position requires a combination of structured and systematic lead scraping, data reporting and monitoring, CRM management, and constant collaboration across departments.
    • This role is perfect for detail-oriented, clinically minded professionals who appreciate the synergy of working alongside bright and driven colleagues and desire a flexible work schedule.
    Position Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation:
      • Systematically, independently, and creatively curate high quality, high volume clinical lead lists across all Mindful Care markets to support relationship-building in the medical community.
      • Proactively recommend and leverage appropriate tooling to automate lead scraping wherever possible.
      • Communicate with early-stage referral sources and leads about Mindful Care offerings in writing.
      • Facilitate introductions to Community Liaisons to enable later stage conversations.
    • CRM Maintenance:
      • Upload all lead lists to our CRM and initiate all drip campaigns on behalf of Community Relations department.
      • Partner with the Community Relations team to document all conversations, site visits, and interactions with leads within our CRM.
      • Build tracking infrastructure to create visibility into health of all campaigns within our CRM.
    • Reporting and Insights:
      • Systematically track and document conversations, visits, events, and referral volume by source week over week.
      • Document workflows, processes, and observations relating to referral relations.
      • Proactively source feedback from referral sources to identify and execute on areas for improvement in referral targeting, workflows, and service delivery.
    Qualifications:
    • Clear and compelling spoken, written, and visual communication skills
    • Experience in high-volume business development or lead generation within the healthcare sector
    • Experience working across time zones and accommodating North American hours
    • Data literacy and experience in building tracking and monitoring systems
    • Proven experience navigating ambiguous environments, operating independently, making decisions based off incomplete information, and driving velocity while juggling shifting priorities
    • Must have own computer

    Salary and Schedule:
    • 1099 Contract – $6-10/hour USD
    • 20-40 hours a week
