To control and support admin processes of village outlets to ensure cost-effectiveness.


REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

  • Grade 1
  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture / Business / Finance / Management will be an advantage

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years of village administration experience
  • SAP system experiences in a retail environment

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Compliance Administration Control Report
  • Ensure that effective admin control measures are put in place and maintained
  • Conduct regular audits (physical and electronically) on admin task execution at the branch level
  • Attento and resolve administration challenges as and when they arise
  • Ensure system processes are optimised and managed according to the required standards
  • Investigate and solve operational processes
  • Support current and new business processes
  • Report low, medium and high risks
  • Monitor and assist with stock take
  • Support internal and external clients and ensure client/customer queries and complaints are resolved timeously.
