A Big 5 Private Game Reserve is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join the team.

PackageSalary is negotiable depending on experience and referencesAccommodationMeals while on duty21 days on 7 days off work cycle15 days annual leaveProvident Fund

Responsibilities Responsibilities include but not limited to:Meticulous in all aspects of managing the lodgeManaging, Overseeing and Disciplining StaffStaff training and developmentAssisting the marketing manager to get content for social mediaHosting DutiesAllocation of Airport TransfersLittle paws programAssistance around the lodge in other departments if neededReporting to Group Operations Manager(s) and Head Office Duty Manager (continued): FinancialBudget control and ensuring budgets are maintainedStock control and stock takesMaintain the correct allocations of expenditures Rooms DivisionManage the housekeeping and front office departments in conjunction with your HODEnsure the lodge maintains the required standards aestheticallyFood and Beverage and KitchenEnsure costs are maintained as per the required standardAssist with Events planning and executionAssist with menu planning and cost control
