As the Spa Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our spa operations, from managing a team of skilled therapists to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the spa.

Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to create a positive and nurturing environment will foster a culture of excellence and teamwork among our staff.

You'll also work closely with guests to understand their preferences and needs, ensuring that their time at our spa is a truly unforgettable experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of the spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of skilled therapists and support staff.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and personalized treatments.
  • Develop and implement spa treatment menus and packages that cater to our guests' varied needs and preferences.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and wellmaintained spa environment.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of spa operations and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as reception and marketing, to drive spa booking and revenue growth.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices, and introduce new treatments and services to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar role.
  • Somatology Degree
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of spa treatments and therapies.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with spa software and booking systems. ESP
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Professional certification in spa management or a related field.
  • Passion for and commitment to wellness and holistic health.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
