    Description

    Job Title: Pharmaceutical Care Services Professional

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to provide pharmaceutical care services, perform day-to-day dispensary administration, and maintain high standards of customer service and care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Deliver exceptional customer service and care
    2. Ensure efficient stock control and administration, including repacking of medicine
    3. Maintain effective dispensary administration
    4. Provide general health advice to customers
    5. Uphold high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display
    6. Perform ad hoc tasks as required by operational needs

    Requirements:

    1. Matric with Mathematics (Essential)
    2. Compliance with the Health Professions Council of South Africa's minimum requirements for various levels as a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic, and Learner Basic)

    Desirable Skills and Abilities:

    1. Product knowledge in the health isle and OTC sector
    2. Knowledge of SAPC and relevant legal requirements
    3. Customer service orientation
    4. Teamwork and collaboration
    5. Integrity and ethical working practices
    6. Attention to detail and accuracy
    7. Basic calculation skills
    8. Proficiency in IT business operating systems and MS Office
    9. Able to work with people, deliver results, and meet customer expectations
    10. Familiarity with principles and values, and adhering to them
