We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancer to manage property transfers and legal documentation for our RDP housing and clinic construction project in Chintsa, Eastern Cape.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle title deed transfers, property registrations, and legal compliance related to land transactions within the project. We require a Conveyancer who has experience in conveyancing, with a strong focus on property transfers.
Our ideal candidate will have an LLB Degree from a recognized institution, be admitted as an Attorney with at least 2 years of post-admission experience, and have proficiency in conveyancing software and Deeds Office processes. Familiarity with municipal land regulations and housing development frameworks is also essential.
