KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ensuring that stock levels are maintained at all times
  • Listening to customer requirements and offering advice/alternatives
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Managing the delivery of customer goods
  • Managing the sales admin function
  • Taking telephonic orders
  • Ensuring that all nonstock items are quoted on and purchased in accordance with BUCO's buying policy
  • Ensuring that agreed delivery times are met
  • Assisting customers at all times as well as with loading of customer goods when required
  • To uphold and promote the company values and culture

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Matric/Grade 1 3 year's retail sales experience, in building/construction environment
  • Basic computer skills
