Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our client's team at an established company in the hospitality industry.

As a leading organization in their field, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional experiences to their guests and providing a supportive and engaging work environment for their employees.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and training records.
  • Process and administer employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and support the recruitment process as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other HRrelated documents.
  • Support the performance management process by tracking performance reviews, coordinating feedback sessions, and maintaining performancerelated records.
  • Administer employee benefits and handle inquiries related to benefits and payroll.
  • Assist with HRrelated training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal requirements and regulations regarding employee information and records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred but not essential.
  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or a related field would be an advantage
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is desirable.
  • This is a fulltime position, with a competitive salary of R10,000 per month. The start date for this role is as soon as possible.
