BeBee Professionals is seeking a Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney to join our team in Rustenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in bankruptcy proceedings.

The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice law in the state of Rustenburg, and have at least three years of experience in bankruptcy litigation.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of bankruptcy law, including the Bankruptcy Code, Bankruptcy Rules, and applicable state laws.

The candidate should also have excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

The Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including filing petitions, attending hearings, and negotiating settlements.

The attorney will also be responsible for researching and preparing legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, and briefs.
