    Main Responsibilities:

      • Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and resolve any concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
      • Elevate service quality by ensuring staff meet or exceed customer expectations.
    3. Food Preparation and Safety:
      • Oversight of food handling procedures to guarantee adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
      • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
      • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.
    4. Financial Management:
      • Manage the deli's budget effectively, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
      • Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions about pricing and promotions.
    5. Store Operations:
      • Design visually appealing product displays to enhance the shopping experience and encourage sales.
      • Perform routine equipment maintenance to prevent downtime and optimize efficiency.
    6. Marketing and Promotion:
      • Develop innovative marketing strategies to promote deli products and attract new customers.
      • Foster relationships with the local community through events and partnerships to build brand loyalty.
