    We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a critical support role. As a Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and resolving issues with our applications.



    Key Responsibilities



    • Remain up-to-date with our products and services delivered into production

    • Provide solutions for issues arising with existing products, engaging internal SMEs when necessary

    • Manage issue resolution and further testing before delivery into production

    • Contribute to process automation through collaboration with internal SMEs

    • Improve efficiency within managed services processes

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Senior Developers, Business Analysts, and the QA team

    • Deliver timely and successful solutions according to customer needs and objectives

    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

    • Enhance customer service quality

    • Commitment to contributing to a strong team culture

    • Ability to develop and maintain relationships to leverage expertise

    • Sound judgement regarding confidential matters

    • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment

    • Confidence with software functionality and logical thinking

    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

    • 3-5 years of work experience in managed services or operations environment
