- Prepare detailed wet services drawings, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary piping systems, using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Develop accurate layouts, schematics, and technical documentation based on project specifications.
- Coordinate with Engineers, Architects, and contractors to ensure that designs meet compliance and industry standards.
- Modify and revise drawings as required to reflect design changes or client requests.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to assess existing conditions and support project execution.
- Maintain project records and ensure that all drawings are stored and updated correctly.
- Diploma or Certificate in Draughting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM experience is a plus).
- Experience in wet services, plumbing, and sanitary piping design is essential.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations related to wet services.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
