    Description

    Role Description:

    As an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary in the Paediatric Unit at Life Queenstown Private Hospital, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring operational efficiencies and adhering to quality management systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure effective quality management by participating in Q programs, induction training, and reporting monthly Q evaluator cards.
    • Perform tasks assigned to maximize patient care, monitor patient hygiene, comfort, and safety, and follow proper techniques to promote wound healing.
    • Manage stock administration, report patient movements accurately, and maintain equipment properly.

    Requirements:

    • Registered as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary with SANC
    • Current registration with the relevant professional/regulatory body
    • Understanding of the private healthcare industry and its challenges
    • Computer proficiency and a valid driver's license
