Requirements:Procurement experience in a ship repair environment will be an advantage.

Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.

Must be able to work under pressure.

Ability to work independently.

Experience with an ERP-system.

07h00 - 15h45 (Monday to Thursday) + 07h00 - 14h30 (Friday)

Overtime should be mínimal, but will be paid at current BCEA rates

Responsibilities:

Receiving and actioning of requisitions

Creating and expediting orders on preferred suppliers

Sourcing of products according to user requirement specifications

Maintenance of preferred supplier database

Resolving any invoicing, quantity, or price issues from suppliers

Sourcing alternative and potentially more competitive pricing for requisitioned services and

products

Sourcing alternative suppliers to ensure high quality products and competitive pricing structures
