- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering quality beverage experience.
- Possess full knowledge of standard coffees, garnishes and presentations.
- Prepare beverages according to guest preferences and in line with company policy and procedures.
- Supervise the coffee lounge bar personnel.
- Possess full knowledge of current Public Health rules and regulations and always maintain standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista & Tea Sommelier in an internationally recognised 5 star hotel is essential.
- Food Safety/HACCP certificated.
- Ship experience advantageous.
- Possess a valid passport.
- Fluent in English.
