    Description

    About the Role:

    • We are a specialized team that partners with clients across the USA, Europe, and Africa, providing expert engineering solutions to tackle their most challenging software and technology needs.
    • Currently, we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on an investment client's critical project in Johannesburg, where you'll leverage your skills to solve high-impact problems and deliver solutions that matter.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using C# .NET and Angular for a prominent investment client.
    • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers, ensuring the team delivers high-quality results.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to define requirements, architect solutions, and drive the successful delivery of projects.
    • Tackle complex technical challenges, offering creative and effective solutions in high-pressure situations.
    • Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of best practices, modern tools, and technologies.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on C# .NET and Angular.
    • Expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance applications.
    • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex technical issues.
    • ND/BTech/BSc or equivalent qualification, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
