Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Main Duties:

Measurement and Valuation: Accurately measure and value work completed on-site to ensure timely payment to contractors and subcontractors.
Progress Reports: Prepare detailed reports outlining work completed and associated costs.
Interim Payments: Calculate and prepare interim valuations and payments for contractors based on work progress.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets required standards and specifications.

Requirements:

Quantity Surveying Qualification
Experience: 2+ years with upmarket residential projects
Criminal Record: Clear record is mandatory
Availability: Available to start ASAP

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
