Job DescriptionMain purpose of the job
To assist the IT department by providing user administration support to all regional end users and office staff on desktop, cloud, and network account management as well as to administer the organization's help desk ticketing software and triage and assign tickets and advise customers of the consequent solution.
High level job objectives
[Assist]Improve overall service desk response time
Ensure that all PPECB 3RD Party vendors adhere to Service Level Agreement
Assist in the effective project administration for targeted ICT Projects
To provide assistance in general user administration on a 1st line support basis
To ensure excellence in service delivery to both internal and external clients by adherence to PPECB core values.
To ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Job RequirementsMatric/Grade 12
experience in a related environment 2-3 years
Specific work experience in a technical help desk environment.
