Description
Role Purpose;

To maintain systems (such as CRM and Marketing tools, Network Management Systems, GIS tools and platforms, ticketing platforms, order fulfilment platforms, payroll and ERP related systems) by ensuring functionality is as intended and up to date.

Assist with day-to-day desktop support, user-provisioning and day-to-day IT Infrastructure support. Data integrity is always upheld, and systems are regularly audited from a user and role management perspective.

Providing support to the business and performing the required routine administrative functions on the systems as defined by the departmental SOPs and support processes.

Effectively managing vendor relationships in relation to currently utilized platforms

Responsibilities;

  • Manage and monitor all systems.
  • Facilitating successful onboarding of new systems based on requirements provided.
  • Monitor and test system performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with vendors/internal systems developer to implement fixes/efficiencies.
  • Fulfil system administrative requests to resolution.
  • To ensure that the highest level of security is implemented on all systems.
  • Proactively monitor system performance.
  • Identify potential capacity or system failures.
  • Documenting departmental processes and ensuring distribution of same takes place.
  • Updating and maintaining existing documentation with new systems or processes.
  • Drafting of system specific navigational/support documentation and ensuring distribution of same takes place.
Qualification and Experience;

  • Matric
  • Qualification in systemsrelated field (advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Emphasis on Excel)
  • Experience with Desktop Support (required)
  • Basic experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (required)
  • Experience with Database technologies, telephone management systems, CRM systems and other operational and business support systems (advantageous)
  • 1+ years general work experience
  • Telecom industry experience (advantageous)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
R15 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
