Description

Role purpose:


Your responsibilities will include:

Effective implementation and maintenance of bursary process
Manage validation, approval and on-boarding of new bursars during the annual intake
Orientate bursary holders on the interpretation of the bursary policy, agreement and the consequences of breaching the bursary contract
Respond to bursary related enquiries from external and internal stakeholders & follow-ups;
Serve as an escalation contact and liaison for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct bursary audit of ± 300 bursary holders
Liaison with external service provider regarding student accounts and results;
Compilation and reconciliation of monthly current bursars and completions reports to Learning Mangers and HR Business Partners;
Manage the internal bursary's budget and targets for BBBEE compliance
Monitoring of return on investment from bursary holders
Update monthly expenditure report on bursary;
Implement study debt recovery;
Manage required submissions for disbursements and report on the Discretionary Grant funded programmes to the MICT SETA
Update monthly expenditure reports
Consolidate and complete WSP templates for annual submission

Must have technical / professional qualifications:3-year relevant degree /diploma
A minimum 3+ years' experience within HR function
Relevant L&D exposure (minimum of 3 years)


OR
Matric and 3+ years' relevant experience in HR related field (essential)
