    Job Overview:
    The role focuses on overseeing all maintenance aspects at various production facilities within the agricultural industry. Success is measured by the continuous enhancement of equipment effectiveness through the successful execution of maintenance strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to enhance equipment effectiveness.
    2. Manage assets across multiple production facilities, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
    3. Lead projects focused on improving operational performance, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and risk management.
    4. Implement mitigation strategies to identify and manage potential risks.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reporting structures.


    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
    2. Relevant membership in professional engineering organizations or facilities management associations.
    3. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or facility management.
    4. Proven track record of project management, including engineering, maintenance, and asset life cycles projects.
    5. Strong technical knowledge of various maintenance methodologies and industry best practices.
    6. Excellent administrative skills, including SOP development and reporting.
