Description
Full responsibility for the running of the Stock Control Division in the Food & Beverage Department and the arranging of Guest Delights

  • Implementing and maintaining a daily Stock Management & Control System
  • Ensure adequate stock levels: Storeroom / Cellar and Fridge control
  • Daily administrative functions, stock takes and reconciliation of sales vs charges vs stock use
  • Assisting with the purchasing and receiving of beverage stock
  • Stock issues to bar and other departments
  • Weekly administration, Invoices and GRV's
  • Ensure that the bar and cellar is well stocked and have full Knowledge of stock items
  • Monthly stocktakes and submitting of the information with in deadlines
  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations
  • Managing of F&B team, providing training and implement strategies to maximize guest experience
  • Hosting of guests during meal times where necessary
  • Assisting management with administrative duties
