Receptionist Wanted for Well-Established Day Spa

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at a well-established day spa in Douglasdale.

About the Role

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
• Manage appointments, calendars, and stock levels to maintain a smooth workflow
• Stay up-to-date with new products and treatments, and maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Ensure all equipment is operational and sanitary at all times
• Contribute to in-house promotions and activities to drive business growth
• Interface with spa owners to set standards for service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
• Facilitate a positive and productive work environment for employees
• Ensure client satisfaction with services and products
• Oversee the condition of the spa, its facilities, and equipment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional beauty salon environment
• Knowledge of all beauty treatments, including massages, facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures
• Confident, well-spoken, and well-presented individual with strong communication skills
• Strong command of English (written and oral)
• Team player with good customer relations skills
• Deadline and target-driven individual with a strong sense of responsibility
• Computer literate with a good understanding of salon and POS systems
• Valid driver's license and own transport is an advantage
• Preference will be given to applicants who live in or around Fourways

Education

• Diploma in a relevant field (required)
