POSITION SUMMARY

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist II is tasked with the upkeep and repair of all Volunteers of America facilities under the guidance of a supervisor or lead maintenance technician. This role ensures that buildings, equipment, and grounds are consistently safe and well-maintained. The specialist may also oversee volunteers and is responsible for monitoring facilities to ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience as a maintenance technician.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• Valid Colorado Driver's License, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and foster positive relationships with residents and staff.

POSITION TYPE

Full-time

COMPENSATION: $25-$28 per hour.
