COMMERCIAL ATTORNEY

Minimum Requirements:


  • Young, presentable and professional individual
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney
    a must
-
2 to 3 years post admission Commercial Law experience a must

  • Understanding of courts in Gauteng's Practice Directives
  • Computer literacy in Caselines preferred / advantageous
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
    a must
  • Currently residing in Pretoria
  • Stable employment record and contactable references
  • To start as soon as possible

Duties:


  • Handling of Commercia Law matters
  • General attorney duties (client liaison, court appearances etc.)

Salary:
R gross maximum (depending on post admission Commercial Law experience)

  • Reference
    CR2424; and
  • Your monthly gross
    salary expectation in context with offered amount.
