    The Invisible Agency


    We are seeking an Implementation Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for setting up the plan platform and ensuring it runs at full speed.

    You will oversee all aspects of the plan installation operations process, work closely with internal teams, conduct operational work in relation to bulk plan conversions, and contribute to the creation and maintenance of operations procedures.
