Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:


  • To provide administrative and secretarial support to a small team.
  • Your two main accountabilities will be administrative assistance as well as account and cost maintenance.
  • This will include managing a diary of the direct line manager.
  • You will be organizing meetings while taking charge of the office administration.
  • You will need to be able to generate purchase orders and keep track of all invoices.
  • NQF 4: Grade 12, with good pass in English
  • Office administration Diploma 2 years Administration experience
  • Banking experience
  • Clear criminal record
