    Job Title: Administrative Support to Retail Sales and Operations Management

    About the Role:

    To provide administrative support to the Retail Sales and Operations Management by executing administration duties and assisting in the implementation of procedures in Retail Sales and Operations to ensure that the Retail Sales and Operations Leadership team is able to provide effective and smooth implementation in execution of strategic goals and objectives at AJ Technical Dr.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Executing administration duties to support Retail Sales and Operations Management
    • Assisting in the implementation of procedures in Retail Sales and Operations
    • Providing administrative support to ensure effective and smooth implementation of strategic goals and objectives
    • Coordinating activities such as traveling and internal & external communication
    • Managing diaries and ensuring adherence to corporate governance
    • Planning and coordinating retail-related events internally and externally
    • Maintaining professional interaction and communication with customers and service providers

    Requirements:

    • NQF Level 4 in Administration or Secretarial
    • 2 years' experience in an Admin or Secretariat role
    • Exposure as an Admin or Secretary for Senior Management
    • Proficiency in using MS Office
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity
    • Flexible to travel
