Client based in River Horse Valley, near Durban North is looking for a customer service rep who will be responsible for first-line customer support, order admin, order collection, and payment.


Duties will include:


Customer Service, Sales Order Admin, Backorder and preorder management, Returns Management, Stock Availability, Order Book Management, Payment Management, Non Conformance tracking, Office Support.


Requirements:

NQF 4 Diploma level pass

Previous experience in customer support and sales order admin.


Salary:
R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month


Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal: Relocate before starting work (required)
