    Job Summary:

    We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic and expanding Support Team in Cape Town. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be a clear, confident, and professional communicator, providing a first-class service and gaining vital knowledge, skills, and experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • First point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone and email.
    • Work as part of a 24/7 team.
    • Monitor CCTV and respond to alerts.
    • Initial triage of IT, Telephony, and Network issues, escalating to resolver teams as required.
    • Validate customer requests to ensure entitlement to service.
    • Coordinate with other teams to escalate customer requirements.
    • Follow defined processes to ensure effective customer handling.
    • Offer advice and support to customers in a professional manner.
    • Develop skills with support from other team members.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written command of the English language.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Knowledge of technology and IT terminology.
    • Confident communication via email, telephone, and video call.
    • Desire to learn new products and technologies.
    • Can-do attitude.
    • Logical approach to troubleshooting.
    • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple activities.

    Preferred Experience and Skills:

    • Previous experience in a busy customer response environment.

    Certifications:

    • National Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
