Synergy Contact Centre is currently seeking to employ an experienced Quality Assurance Team Manager to join our growing team.The QA Team Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running and guidance of their team members.
The QA Team Manager will also be responsible for setting targets, implement guidelines. Ensure that all members have clarity on what the goal is and work together to achieve it. You will need to be efficient, reliable and professional.
Responsibilities
- Develop Staff, Training and Coaching
- Support Staff, Handle escalations, Provide answers and guidance to staff
- Developing objectives for the Agents day-to-day activities
- Collecting and analyzing the QA Agents statistics
- Provide reports and feedback to upper management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QA Team manager
- Excellent Leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
- Positive and patient
- Excel, word proficient
- Detail orientated
- Matric or Equivalent
Salary:
From R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
