  • Providing a general secretarial function, i.e. effective coordination of travel arrangements, adequate supply of stationery and diary management, reception services, fielding telephone calls and correspondence as well a responding where appropriate and, event management
  • Providing general administrative support including managing a filing system
  • Documents Quality Assurance to ensure final work is accurate, presentable and meets Corporate Identity and standards
  • Maintaining good customer (internal and external) relationships between stakeholders and the Division at all times
  • Performing duties timeously to meet divisional targets
  • Taking action points and writing minutes of meetings
  • Maintain working knowledge of organizational policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Minimum Grade 12(Matric) and Secretarial Diploma
  • Advanced computer literacy in MS

Office Suite:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Front page skills and SAP interface

  • Minimum 5 years experience at Senior Executive in an administration environment
  • Knowledge of Computer literacy in MS

Office Suite:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, including Internet Explorer

  • Excellent Typing speed
