Description
3years- Providing a general secretarial function, i.e. effective coordination of travel arrangements, adequate supply of stationery and diary management, reception services, fielding telephone calls and correspondence as well a responding where appropriate and, event management
- Providing general administrative support including managing a filing system
- Documents Quality Assurance to ensure final work is accurate, presentable and meets Corporate Identity and standards
- Maintaining good customer (internal and external) relationships between stakeholders and the Division at all times
- Performing duties timeously to meet divisional targets
- Taking action points and writing minutes of meetings
- Maintain working knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Grade 12(Matric) and Secretarial Diploma
- Advanced computer literacy in MS
Office Suite:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Front page skills and SAP interface
- Minimum 5 years experience at Senior Executive in an administration environment
- Knowledge of Computer literacy in MS
Office Suite:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, including Internet Explorer
- Excellent Typing speed
- Minute taking
- Filing and recordkeeping
- Ability to handle confidentiality information
- Excellent communication skills (verbal&written)
